01   THE POLICY WORDING GOVERNS

All information on this website is a summary for general guidance and does not form part of any insurance contract. The binding terms of any cover are always the official Policy Terms & Conditions (Syarat dan Ketentuan Polis) and your personal Benefit Table (Tabel Manfaat). Where anything here differs from those documents, the policy documents prevail.

02   PREMIUMS & REPRICING

Health insurance premiums increase with the insured’s age and may be repriced at renewal. Features such as the deductible and the Preferred Network are designed to make repricing more stable and predictable over time — they do not make premiums fixed or frozen. Deductible amounts may also be revised to reflect health-cost inflation, effective only at a policy anniversary.

03   NO GUARANTEE OF CLAIM OUTCOMES

Cover is subject to underwriting, waiting and elimination periods, exclusions, and Reasonable & Customary limits. Nothing on this website should be read as a promise that any particular claim will be paid. Your advisor will explain the conditions that apply to your cover.

04   ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLES

Any worked examples shown on this website — for the additional benefit limit, deductible, dengue/typhoid eligibility, or coordination of benefits — are illustrations using the product’s own figures. They are examples only and do not represent your specific cover or any guaranteed outcome.

05   SHARIA & CONVENTIONAL

We offer both conventional (Allianz Preferred Medical) and Sharia (AlliSya Preferred Medical) health cover. While the benefit structure is the same, the two differ in how they operate — for example, the Sharia version uses Tabarru’ (mutual-aid) principles and carries a higher death benefit. Your advisor will make the relevant differences clear.

06   TRANSPARENCY (RIPLAY / OJK)

In line with OJK Regulation No. 36 of 2025, prospective policyholders are shown a no-deductible plan (Plan Standard) alongside the deductible plans (Extra and Premier), so the benefit differences are clear. You will receive the required product summary (RIPLAY) so you can make an informed decision before you commit.

07   REGULATOR & DISPUTES

Allianz is supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, OJK). Complaints are handled in line with OJK rules — generally within 5 working days for verbal complaints and 10 working days for written complaints. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be referred to the OJK-recognised Alternative Dispute Resolution (LAPS) framework. See our Claims page for how we support you.
